USER GUIDE

Your ParentBox

Your family uses the Internet all the time, which is a great thing. But
you sometimes worry that the children spend too much time on
Facebook or that they download too many movies.

What is a responsible parent to do?

Well, you’ve already answered that question by purchasing a
ParentBox, and you’re now going to plug it in and set it up so that
you can:

•

Give each member of your family their own, customised
daily quota for downloads.

•

Set time limits for each of the children, so there’s no Internet
after bedtime!

Once you’ve done those things, you can sit back while ParentBox
monitors Internet usage and collects statistics. Next week you can:

•

Review graphs of each day’s activity to see who’s using the
Internet most, and at what times of the day.

•

Review graphs of the month’s activity to see how the family
as a whole is tracking against your ISP’s data plan.
