(3) Enter Upgrade Mode

①

Lift up the top cover

②

Press the paper out sensor and turn on the printer simultaneously.

③

Error LED and Power LED on, the printer is in upgrade mode now.

(4) Upgrade Firmware

①

Execute setup tool, select model “DM-310 DM-320” and USB interface.

②

Select “Update Firmware” tab, then click “Browse” for searching the firmware file or characters

library, click “Update” at last.
