Reports
The
Emerald
ICE
HD
Voicemail
software
can
report
on
data
for
the
previous
30
day
period.
The
system
contains
a
number
of
built
‐
in
reports.
These
reports
offer
the
technician
or
system
administrator
the
ability
to
view
various
types
of
system
information
and
data.
Such
information
may
be
useful
for
troubleshooting
and
system
analysis
purposes.
