15. “Playback” submenu
This submenu is used to play back the recordings from the memory card.
You can also play back the recordings on your computer by inserting the memory card into a suitable card
reader. However, you will need a software that can play back “ASF” files.
Proceed as follows:
• Briefly press the “MENU” button (3, 31) on the monitor/DVR or the IR remote control to display the main menu.
•
Use the “ ” or “ ” button to select the “Playback” submenu and then briefly press the “ ” button (6, 34).
• All recordings are stored in subdirectories.
• Select the desired subdirectory with the “ ” or “ ” button and confirm the selection by briefly pressing the
“ ” button (6, 34).
• The individual recordings are displayed with the respective date and start time. To play back any recording, use the
“ ” or “ ” button to select the desired recording and then briefly press the “ ” button (6, 34). The playback
starts.
Use the “ “ button (6, 34) to pause or resume the playback.
• You can also delete a recording.
Select the recording with the “ ” or “
” button and briefly press the “DEL” (33) or “QUAD” (37) button on the IR
remote control; or press the “QUAD” (10) button on the monitor/DVR.
A confirmation prompt that appears asks if you really want to delete the recording. Use the “ ” or “ ” button to
choose between deletion or cancelling the function. Then briefly press the “ ” button (6, 34) to confirm.
A deleted recording cannot be restored.
• To go back one menu level or to exit the OSD menu, briefly press the “MENU” button (3, 31) on the monitor/DVR or
the IR remote control (multiple button pressed may be needed).
