6.4 Viewing entries in the phone book
It is possible to view all the entries stored in the phone book via the Main Menu. Quick
access is also possible using the
?
button (refer to Chapter 5.7).
1. Press the Menu button
"
and use the
(
or
)
button to select the
PHONEBOOK
menu. Confirm by pressing the
"
button.
2. Select the
LIST
menu and confirm with the
"
button. The entries stored in the
phone book are displayed in alphabetical order.
3. Select a stored phone book entry. To select an entry alphabetically, directly,
press the button with the corresponding letter.
Note: Press the
"
button to switch between the display of the name and phone
number of the respective entry. If the phone number stored is longer than 12
digits, press the
(
or
)
button to display the missing digits of the phone
number.
4. Press the Call button ! and the phone number selected is dialled
automatically.
