Appliance stops during operation 

  Power failure. 

  Water inlet failure. 

  Pause button has accidentally been pressed. 

 

Appliance making banging noises during operation 

  Dishes placed incorrectly. 

 

  Spray arm hitting the dishes.  

 

 

Food deposits/residue left on the crockery after the program has 
finished 

  Dishes incorrectly loaded into the machine and water could not reach 

all required areas. 

 

  Basket over-loaded. 

 

  Dishes leaning against one another. 

 

  Not enough detergent used.

 

  An unsuitable wash programme selected. 

 

  Spray arm clogged. 

 

  Filters clogged. 

 

  Filters incorrectly fitted. 

 

  Water drain pipe is clogged.  

 

 

A whitish stain is left on the dishes after a program has finished 

  Not enough detergent used.  

  Rinse aid dosage setting at a very low level.
