15. MAINTENANCE
1. Great care must be taken with the burner. When cutting material, it sprays
out molten material, which contaminates the interior of the torch. The
plasma torch must be regularly maintained and worn parts replaced in a
timely manner. Check the condition of the diffuser channels regularly (see
burner drawing). If they are dirty, they must be blown out or replaced by a
diffuser. The poor condition of this part has a negative effect on the quality
of cutting and causes very strong interference, which can cause the control
electronics of the machine to collapse or affect the surrounding equipment.
If the burner cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately - there is
a risk of electric shock. current!
