2. Being at the Project position, press the
► key and in the
Select Project screen
create <New Project> or select
previously created project (as a
directory).

The instrument will propose new name
for the project (Directory) which can be
modified in the editor screen opened with
the
◄/► key.
After edition of the project name it should
be confirmed by
<ENTER> . The
selected project name will be displayed
in the
Project line of the STIPA Settings
screen.

3. Being at the Area position, press the

key and in the Select Area screen
create <New Area> or select previously
created one (as a directory).

4. After creation of the new area or
selection of the existed one press
<ENTER> and the selected area name
will be displayed in the Area line of the
STIPA Settings screen.

5. Being at the Source position, press the
► key and in the
Select Source screen
create <New Source> or select
previously created one (as a directory).

6. After creation of the new source position
or selection of the existed one press
<ENTER> and the selected source
position name will be displayed in the
Source line of the STIPA Settings
screen.

7. Select the Averaging type: Manual or
Auto .
Manual averaging means that the user
will perform as many measurements
from the
Measurement point screen as
he heeds and decides when to stop
measurements
by pressing the
<Completed> soft-key.
