GENERATOR REASSEMBLY AND 
REMOUNTING

Reassemble and remount the generator in the reverse order of
removal and disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:

#

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the lip of the oil seal.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”

• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK “1342” to the bear-

ing retainer screws and tighten them to the specified torque.

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”

(

Bearing retainer screw: 2.5 N·m (0.25 kgf-m)

• Install the bearing and rotor using a hand-press.
