including the tailgate.

The horn will emit one chirp (if
chirps are selected “ON). The
vehicle’s indicators will flash once
and the dash mounted L.E.D. will
light up.

The LED will flash once every two
seconds after five seconds.

The engine is immobilised.

Note:

Should the indicators flash and

the horn emit five chirps after Locking,
check that all doors (including tailgate)
are properly closed.

Note

:  The doors will automatically

relock 35 seconds after the doors were
unlocked if no doors or tailgate were
opened.

3.  LED FUNCTIONS

The LED has several functions which
are explained as follows:

 Engine is immobilised, this is

indicated by two flashes every 2
seconds.

 Engine is immobilised and the

system was armed with the
transmitter, this is indicated by
one flash every 2 seconds.

 Alarm triggered reporting, if alarm

programmed ON, this is indicated
by a continuous flash from the
LED after disarming the system
using the transmitter (Refer to
Diagnostic Tables section 4)

Low battery in transmitter, this is

indicated by the LED flashing
twenty times when the ignition is
turned ON after disarming.

NOTE:

If this warning is received

regularly the battery in the
transmitter must be replaced as
soon as possible. If the battery is
allowed to run too low, this will
cause the transponder function to
fail, causing the engine to remain
immobilised.
