Note: use rubber tie to fix the rear
brake hose and combination switch
cable.
4.Use a 4#, 5# ihexwrenches respectively to tighten the throttle and the front brake;
tighten the throttle and then release it to ensure that it can naturally return to the
original position.
(If it gets stuck, check the position of the throttle position and its cable position.)

Install Throttle Cables
1.As shown in the picture, fix the cable tie of the throttle, the left combination switch and the
cables of the speedometer cable on the handlebars respectively, and cut the extra tie.
2.Organize the cables to make sure
there is no bending around the
tube.
Note: There is no need in tying up the
brake hose and brake signal line.
CAUTION: Do not tie the cable together when installing the headlight, front brake and
throttler.
1.Loose the 4 front axle lock bolts at the low-
er end of the front fork with a 4# hexwrench
2.Use an 8# hexwrench to remove the front
axle lock nuts on both sides. Tap it gently
with a rubber hammer to remove the front
axle.
Install Front Wheel
Note:After the cables fixed, rotate the handlebars to test and ensure that all wiring harness is
loose and not strained.
