Drink Count Data
The AC2-GP dispenser provides Drink Count Data. This shows the total number of
product dispenses for each size.
1. Once in Maintenance Mode, press the

Program Mode button repeatedly until the
LCD displays

Drink Count
’
.
2. Select an Amount button. LCD shows the number of drinks for this product / size. To
reset the drink count back to 0 for product / size selected press the

Adjustment
Down button twice.
3. Select each Amount button until you have all the Drink Count Data required.
4. To exit Maintenance Mode, press and hold the

(Program Mode) button until beeps
are heard.
Volume Adjust
Dispense amounts may be changed as an overall percentage increase or decrease to all
sizes for each product. Default is zero.
Note: a volume adjustment affects all sizes of the selected product.
1. Once in Maintenance Mode, Press the

Program Mode button repeatedly until the
LCD displays Volume Adjust.
2. Select any Amount button for product to be adjusted.
3. Press the

Adjustment Up or

Adjustment Down button to desired percentage
change.
4. To exit Maintenance Mode press and hold the

Program Mode button until beeps
are heard.
PROGRAM MODE
The Program Mode is not used in daily operations but is accessible to change various
settings such as dispense targets, dispensed products and displayed language as well as
to provide various Service functions. Program Mode is accessed by:
1. Entering Panel Disable mode (press and hold the

Panel Disable button until
second beep is heard)
2. Press and hold the

Program Mode button until second beep is heard.
3. Once in this mode. *Program Mode* is displayed momentarily before entering the first
program ‘

.
4. Once in Program Mode, press the

Program Mode button to go to the required
page.
Note:
in older models, Program Mode was accessed by simply pressing and holding the

Program Mode button until the second beep was heard. In these models Program
Mode included the Drink Count Data and Volume Adjust Features.
Note: Dispenser can be reprogrammed using the Infrared Programming Window with an
external programming device (FOB) provided by SureShot Dispensing Systems®.
