Serial Port 3 Change Settings
This feature specifies the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request address of a serial
port specified by the user. Select
Auto to allow the BIOS to automatically assign the base
I/O and IRQ address. The options for Serial Port 2 are

Use this feature to enable or disable the ME Firmware image re-flash capability. The options

AMT Configuration
Intel AMT
Select Enabled to use Intel AMT (Active Management Technology) to enhance system
performance. The options are

and Disabled.
BIOS Hotkey Pressed
Select Enabled to use the BIOS Hotkey feature. The options are Enabled and
Disabled
.
Watch Dog
Select Enabled to allow AMT to reset or power down the system if the operating system or
BIOS hangs or crashes. The options are

, and Enabled.
OS Timer / BIOS Timer
These options appear if Watch Dog Timer (above) is enabled. This is a timed delay in
seconds, before a system power down or reset after a BIOS or operating system failure is
detected. Directly enter the value in seconds.
