SMBIOS Event Long Standard Settings

Log System Boot Event

This option toggles the System Boot Event logging to enabled or disabled. The options are

Disabled

and Enabled.

MECI

The Multiple Event Count Increment (MECI) counter counts the number of occurences that
a duplicate event must happen before the MECI counter is incremented. This is a numeric
value. The default value is

METW

The Multiple Event Time Window (METW) defines number of minutes must pass between

duplicate log events before MECI is incremented. This is in minutes, from 0 to 99. The default
value is

Note

: After making changes on a setting, be sure to reboot the system for the changes

to take effect.

Log EFI Status Code

Use this feature to enable or disable the logging of EFI status codes. The options are Disabled
and

Enabled

Convert EFI Status Code to Standard Smbio Type

Use this feature to enable or disable the converting of EFi status codes to standard Smbios
types. The options are

Disabled

and Enabled.



View SMBIOS Event Log
