14. STATEMENT
 Although extreme care has been exercised when writing this manual, Super Sealer Australia will not
accept any liability of eventual error(s) in this manual and/or for the consequences of (mis)interpretation
of the contents.

Super Sealer Australia will not be held responsible for damage or problem(s) that may arise due to the use
of spare part(s) other than the original one(s). If this manual does not contain instructions for adjustment
and maintenance for certain parts of the machine, please contact your dealer of Super Sealer Australia for
further assistance.
15. WARRANTY
 Super Sealer Australia (we/us) will warranty equipment purchased by commercial customers (you) for 6
months. Exceptions may apply and are defined within this document. This warranty is provided solely to
the customer stated on the customer invoice. This warranty is not transferable and cannot be extended or
altered.
 This warranty exclusively covers equipment delivered by Super Sealer Australia.
 This warranty covers all electronic and mechanical parts associated with the equipment at the time of
purchase. This warranty does not cover any parts added or replaced after the equipment was installed. This
warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or damage occurring after installation.
 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and delivered to Super Sealer Australia, PO Box 92,
Avondale Heights, VIC 3034 Australia, within the warranty period. The customer may submit warranty
claims by phone (+61 3 9013 2688) or by email (inquire@supersealer.com.au), however, these claims
must be verified by us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected postal or electronic mail.
16. LIABILITY
 We exclude any liability as far as permitted by law.
 Our liability will never exceed the amount of machine sell price.
 Subject to the general valid regulations of the law, we are not obliged to any compensation of damage of
which kind ever, directly or indirectly, under which company damage, to movables or immovables or to
persons, both to the opposite party as to third persons.
 In no way we are liable for damage arisen from or caused by the supplied or by the unsuitability of this
machine for the purpose for which the opposite party has purchased the machine.
