Maintenance and Repair

1) Looper cam, spreader cam setting 

A. Fix the upper shaft(link cam) using the setting stick

as in the figure.

B. Loosen the fixing screw for the looper cam

②

and fix it using the setting stick

①

as in the figure. When fixing is complete,

fasten the fixing screw. 

C. Fix the spreader cam

③

in the same way.

The method used above could be slightly different depending on the fabric and needle size and thread type.

The setting bar

is included in the accessory box. 

[ CAUTION ]

At this time, the needle bar should be at the highest position of the left needle(front).

2) Adjusting the thread take-up plate position

A. As in the figure, fix the upper shaft(link cam) using the

setting stick

B. Loosen the fixing screw

for the thread take-up plate

driving pulley and properly set the position of the thread

take-up plate as in the figure. 

C. Make sure that Side A meets Pin
