3 Initialization protection parameter

Reset the grid protection parameters if the country setting is incorrect.
Otherwise, faults will occur.

In the US region, conformity to UL 1741 includes compliance with applicable

requirements of IEEE 1547, IEEE 1547.1, California Electric Rule 21, Hawaiian

Electric Co. SRD-UL-1741-SA-V1.1 and Supplement SA.
