Troubleshooting
Once a fault occurs in the converter, the fault information is displayed on the App
interface.
See the table below for detailed fault information.

Excessively
High Ambient
Temperature
Generally, the converter will recover and resume operation
when the internal or module temperature is restored back
to normal condition. If the fault persists:
1. Check whether the ambient temperature of the converter
is too high;
2. Check whether the converter is in a well-ventilated place;
3. Check whether the converter is exposed to direct sun-
light. Shield it if so;
4. Check whether the fan is running properly. Replace the
fan if not;
5. If the fault is not caused by the foregoing reasons and
still exists, please contact Customer Service of Sungrow
Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.

munication
Fault
Check whether the communication cable is connected cor-
rectly. If the fault persists, please contact Customer Service
of Sungrow Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd.

Polarity
Check to make sure that the DC side wiring is correct.
