For a PCI card :
a. Position the card over the selected slot (see (1) on
FIGURE 4-23
). If you are
installing a full-length card, slide the forward edge of the card into one of the
indentations in the card guide, located immediately below the drive cage (see
(2) on
FIGURE 4-23
).
b. Press down on the card until it is completely seated in the slot.
