The system will display a message similar to the one shown below
indicating that the devicefile has been successfully created:
5. Exit the superuser mode.
6. To start the SunView environment on the second device, open a Shell Tool
window and enter this command:
This starts the SunView environment on another device. In this example, the
device name of
/dev/cgsix1
was used. The name of your frame buffer
may be different.
7. In the same Shell Tool, enter this command:
Note – The
-r
parameter indicates that the cursor will exit the screen to the
right. This may be changed to
-l
to enable the cursor to exit the screen to the
left.
