TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Should you experience difficulties in the use of this turntable system please refer to the following chart

The Turntable does
not respond and
there is no
PHONO/BT/USB
indicator light.
AC Adapter is not plugged
into a wall outlet properly
Plug the AC Adapter into a working AC wall
outlet securely.
Wall outlet is not
functioning.
Plug another device into the same outlet to
confirm the outlet is working.
No sound from the
Speakers
The VOLUME CONTROL is
turned fully
counterclockwise (minimum
position).
Turn the VOLUME CONTROL clockwise
slowly to increase the volume.
The Speaker System is
OFF.
Press the Power ON/OFF button on the rear
panel of the right speaker until the red Power
Indicator is ON.
The active function is not
set to the correct signal
source.
Check that the correct function is set to the
corresponding input signal source.
Signal cables at the rear
panels of the Turntable and
Right Speaker are not
connected properly
Check that the signal cables are connected
correctly.
No sound from the
Left Speaker
The Left Speaker cable is
not properly connected to
the dedicated jack on the
Right Speaker.
Reconnect the LEFT SPEAKER CABLE to the
correct RCA connector on the RIGHT
SPEAKER.
The sound output is
abnormal (sounds
unnatural or weak
bass output)
The L and R terminals of
the Amplifier AUX IN
terminals and external
source outputs are
reversed.
Remove the connecting cables between the
Amplifier AUX IN terminals and your external
source and re-connect them correctly and
securely.
The positive and negative
terminals of the Amplifier
Speaker Outputs and
Speaker unit Inputs are
reversed.
Remove the speaker cables and re-connect
them correctly and securely.
Sound is distorted
Volume level is too high.
Turn volume down until sound quality returns
to normal.
Sound source is distorted.
Low bitrate MP3 audio files are of relatively low
quality and may sound worse on a quality
system. Suggest to try higher bitrate MP3
music files for USB source or lossless digital
music files for external Bluetooth enabled
devices.
Cannot pair with a
new Bluetooth
enabled device
An active paired Bluetooth
device is already connected
to SB6077 system.
You need to turn off the Bluetooth function of
the currently connected external Bluetooth
device so as to release the SB6077 system for
a new pairing and connection.
