6. Trouble-shooting

Maximum 20 steps!
Each method can contain a
maximum of 20 steps.
Method database is full!
Database for User Methods is full. Delete any User Methods that
are no longer required.
Method group is full!
Each group can contain a maximum
of 20 methods.
Delete an existing method
that is
no longer required
.
Cleaning not allowed during dosing
process!
It is not possible to perform cleaning
while a process is running .
Clean the tubes after the
process
is completed.
Suspension and lubricant not
compatible!
The selected User Lubricant does
not have the correct “Lub. type” or
cannot be used together with the
selected Suspension.
For Example:
The selected Suspension cannot be
used with water-based Lubricants.
Change the “Lub. type” or choose
another Lubricant.
Surface and suspension not
compatible!
The selected Suspension does not
have the correct “Abr. type” or
cannot be used together with the
selected Surface.
For Example:
The selected Surface can only be
used with OP- Suspensions and the
selected Suspension contains
diamonds.
Change the “Abr. type” or choose
another Suspension.
Dosing denied, the following
suspension is not configured:
DP-P 9 μ m (Example)
The preparation process cannot
start, as the Suspension required is
not configured into the
TegraDoser-5.
Enter the Bottle Configuration menu
and set up the required Suspension.
For Example: DP-P 9 μ m.
Dosing denied, the following
lubricant is not configured:
Blue (Example)
The preparation process cannot
start, as the Lubricant required is
not configured into the
TegraDoser-5.
Enter the Bottle Configuration menu
and set up the required Lubricant.
For Example: Blue.
