7.2 Ignition
Before igniting the boiler – fuel bunker must be filled up, controller must be connected to power supply and boiler’s
temperature must be set in contact thermostat (recommended 0
O C).
Boiler has ignition, observation opening, which when opened – allows to light the fuel with use of gad lighter. First
ignitions must be carried out mechanically. Following ignitions are performed automatically – by maintaining a layer of
live coal in a burner. Controller turns on and shuts downs the burner according to controllers parameters or when
selected temperature of boiler is reached.
The fuel is fired by a gas burner. Initial setup is carried out mechanically. Further creations are performed automatically
- keeping the coil in the burner. The controller activates and deactivates the fan, the same burner according to the
parameters set in the controller or after reaching the set boiler temperature.
When firing a fully charged burner, gas explosions are expected to accumulate. It is safe to install a non-combustible
burner. Do this: Turn off or deactivate the air turbine. If the pellet hopper is empty, add half a glass (0.1l) of pellets.
Close the bunker. Open the burner door. Heat the air inlet in the carriage with a gas burner. Watch the slot. When the
pellets burns, open the hopper, fill up thehopper. Close tight lid. Turn on the fan.
If not burning or for any other reason you are creating a fully charged burner, do as follows: Heat the air supply slot with
a gas burner. When the pellets start to rust, turn on the air turbine and insert the door in an incomplete manner (45
degrees). When closing the pellets, close the door. If is not burning, repeat.
After burning the burner after half an hour observe the smoke from the chimney - if the smoke is dark, it is too little air.
To supply it more, switch off the boiler, open the ventilator, loosen the closer screw, and increase the secondary air
supply slot. Close the door and turn on the boiler. If the smoke is white, too much air, then reduce the slit in the same
way until the smoke is visible. During the adjustment, it should be kept in mind that the burner door burner is always
cool, but closer to the boiler is hot, so take care not to touch the hot spots.

After ignition, observation opening and door must be closed. Selected temperature in contact
thermostat (60 – 75

7.3. Boiler work. Boiler mechanical control principle and setting recommendations.
1. The burner temperature thermostat does not allow the heater to completely shut off in standby mode, when the fan
has switched off the room or other thermostats for a long time - the burner is turned on to the set thermostat, the
thermostat briefly activates the fan, thus restoring the coils. Recommended setting of the thermostat T 50 ° C, T, higher
state, the dust will be denser - standby will be less economical, and lower, and more often, standby will be more
economical, but there will be a risk of bump when the fan is on, the pellets will not burn. It should be appreciated that,
in complex bead units, in a standstill, extinguishing (severe blasting and pellet discharge) and inflammation, long bouts
of a completely burned burner (even electricity, because of the use of powerful heating elements) are generated.
