Battery discharges repeatedly
Measure the voltage across the battery, it
should then be in the range 12-13V. Then
start the engine at full throttle. Does the
voltage increase to> 14V?
YES
Stop the engine, the ignition switch should
be in the off position. Is there voltage on the
shut off valve / ground?
NOT
YES
NOT
Replace ignition
switch
Change the battery
Is the engine electrical connections OK?
NOT
Repair the fault
YES
Replace the charge regulator
The engine does not stop
Does the engine stop when the
work equipment is activated while
you leave the seat?
YES
Replace ignition switch
NOT
Check short circuit cable and its
connection to the engine
Electric height adjustment does not work
Does the height adjustment work in
one direction?
NOT
Connect battery voltage directly to
the actuator, switch the plus and
minus cable. Does the actuator
work in both ways?
YES
NOT
Switch the actuator
Replace the switch
YES
