79. Mount the receiver with a small patch of Velcro ( the “hook” side) against the
side of the fuselage behind the servos.
80. In the same manner, mount the ESC to the same side of the fuselage in the
FRONT
of the radio compartment.
81. Install your choice of micro wheel, we suggest the 1-1/2 in Mini Lite Wheels
[DUB150MW] (NOT PROVIDED), on the 0.045 in. wire landing gear. Bend
up the end of the wire, just beyond hub, to retain the wheels, and trim off the
excess wire.
82. Install the ply tail skid F20 to the slots in the
BOTTOM
REAR
of the
fuselage. Retain with thin CA.
83. Using a warm soldering iron, open the covering over the holes for the wing
mount dowels in F7 and the fuselage sides behind former F3.
84. Cut the 4 in. dowel into one 2-1/2 in. length, and one 1 in. length.
85. Install the 1 in. dowel in the hole in F7, leaving about 3/8 to 1/2 in. extending
out the
FRONT
. Secure with a few drops of medium CA around the hole
and along the portion of the dowel resting against the
BOTTOM
of the wing
saddle.
86. Insert the 2-1/2 in. dowel through the holes in the fuselage side immediately
behind former F3.
CENTER
the dowel, with equal lengths extending out
each side of the fuselage. Bond with a few drops of thin CA around each
hole.
