FIG. I – PARK LIMIT SWITCH (option)
The optional Park Limit Switch (PLS) function detects the parked position of the leveller and can be used as an extra safety device.
With the PLS it is possible to disable control of the door when the deck is not in parked position, or to operate traffic lights based on
the deck position.
Install the park limit as shown below. If the dockleveller came from the factory with a limit switch already installed but the limit
switch needs to be replaced, step 2 can be skipped.
1. Move the deck to its higest position and position the maintenance
support.
2. Drill two holes in the left cross traffic leg as shown in figure I-1
(dimensions are in millimeter).
3. Mount the limitswitch as shown in figure I-2
4. Make sure the lever makes a 30° angle with the vertical axis of the CTL, see figure I-2
5. Connect the sensor cable in the controlbox, see figure I-3
