The four (4) temporary support brackets are not shipped in place on the
fireplace. You will be required to assemble them at the jobsite to support the hood
prior to installing the required threaded rods that support the hood.
Once the hood is properly supported with the required threaded rods using either
the inner circle or outer circle threaded rod locations and the fireplace is confirmed
to be level, the temporary supports may be taken off and the glass panels installed.
Refer to Threaded Rod Requirements for more information on placement.

TEMPORARY SUPPORT BRACKETS
- IMPORTANT: FIREPLACE ORIENTATION -
Prior to installing the temporary support brackets, it
is important to orient your fireplace base and hood
properly. Take into consideration there are four (4)
glass seams total, and one seam will need to be fully
aligned with the arrows found on the hood and the
base access panel. Visualize the full room around
the fireplace and where you may want the glass
seams to be placed in relation to any furniture or
sitting area.
Once you have the orientation finalized, you can
install the temporary support brackets according to
the installation instructions found on the following
pages.
Again, it is imperative that the top hood arrow, a
glass seam and the arrow on the base access panel
are aligned or the glass will not fit properly.
After support bracket installation, you can continue
on to installing the three (3) required threaded rods.
