Saving a snapshot to a Cloud server

To preserve and distribute your work, you can save a snapshot of the whiteboard as
a graphic file to a directory path on the local network or on a Cloud server rather than
on the host computer. Cloud service options include Dropbox, Google Drive and
Microsoft SkyDrive.
The Cloud Save icon has two functions depending on how long you tap the icon with
the stylus
To Cloud Save a snapshot using the default settings:

Tap the Cloud Save icon.
Note
To change the default settings that are used for the Cloud Server, the snapshot file type or
file name, refer to “Cloud Save” on page 44.
To view the Cloud Save As dialog and specify the Cloud Server, file type, and file
name:

Tap and hold the stylus tip (without moving it) on the Cloud Save icon for one
second.

If you are saving a whiteboard page, tap the Save All button to save all whiteboard
pages.

To save all whiteboard pages in one file, add a check beside this option.
Note
To save all whiteboard pages in one file, make sure that the file type setting is “PDF” or
“TIFF”.
