MAINTENANCE
◊ clEaning
Keep the machine clean at all times.
Remove glue from the outfeed side of the base and
from the feed rollers. Bring the machine to normal
working temperature to soften the glue and use a soft
brush, a wooden or plastic scraper and remove most of
the glue.
For surfaces not warmed up by the heating element,
you can use a heat gun and soften the glue, then gently
scrape it with a non-marring wooden or plastic scraper.
Ask your dealer about aftermarket products that could
be suitable to help you maintain your edge bander.
◊ lubricaTiOn
The drive chain should be lubricated often, at least each
operating day, to operate smoothly. During the set-up,
it is a very practical time to do it, as the top cover is
removed and machine is at operating condition. Apply
a light coat of light machine oil to the chain, press the
On/Off button on control handle to start the feed roller;
this will help spread the oil inside the chain links and on
sprockets.
◊ ErrOr MEssagE
The SCM60-410 is built with error detect function.
There are 4 error messages that can display:
Voltage error: input voltage is different from
machine setting. Check input voltage.
Motor error

Please contact your dealer
service department.
Heating error: heating temperature exceeds
220℃. Turn machine off, unplug it and
contact your dealer service department.
Temperature detecting error: turn machine
off, unplug it and contact your dealer service
department.
