4.10 Deinstalling a Slave Inverter
WARNING
Risk of death by electrocution!
When working on the solar power system, disconnect the inverter from the
power supply.
Make sure that the power supply cannot be unintentionally switched on.
Disconnect the inverter from the mains grid.
Switch off the DC circuit breaker on the slave to be deinstalled.
Unscrew the cable cover on the slave and remove the DC cable. You will
need to use a Multi-Contact tool.
Open the cover of the control unit for the associated master.
Unplug the AC cable and data cable of the slave from the control unit and
remove the cables from the control unit.
Close the cover of the control unit again.
Remove the AC cable and the data cable from the cable gland on the un-
derside of the master and, if necessary, the neighbouring slave.
You can now remove the slave to be deinstalled from the wall bracket. To
do this you must press the flap above the cooling fins at the top of the
inverter towards the wall.
4.11 Deinstalling a Master Inverter

When working on the solar power system, disconnect the inverter from the
power supply.
Make sure that the power supply cannot be unintentionally switched on.
Disconnect the inverter from the mains grid.
Switch off the DC circuit breaker on the master and any slave inverters that
may be connected.
Unscrew the cable cover on the master and remove the DC cable. You will
need to use a Multi-Contact tool.
Then unscrew the cover of the master inverter’s control unit and open the
flap. Then release the AC cable from the 3 WAGO spring clamp terminals,
open the union nut of the cable gland and remove the AC cable from the
cable gland.
Unplug the AC cable and data cable from any slave inverter that may be
connected to the control unit and remove these cables from the control
unit. Then remove the cable from the cable gland on the underside of the
master inverter.
Close the cover of the control unit again.
You can now remove the master inverter from the wall bracket. To do this
you must press the flap above the cooling fins at the top of the inverter
towards the wall.
