Starting with flow-rate adjustment, position the red line on the back-side of the scale.
Results based on the job width:
See on the table the desired job width and mark the intersecting points, thus obtaining the
adjustment points of the scale, which corresponds to the floodgate opening, on the machine scale.
8 - INSTRUCTIONS ON THE USAGE OF THE CALCULATION SCALE:
For adjustments to be calculated using the scale, firstly it is necessary to, calculate the
product density to be dispensed, which can be done by weighing the product, place it in a container
measuring exactly 1 liter.
Steps when calculating for to adjustments to be made, see the figures:

Determining the density of the product:
Weigh the product by placing it in a 1 liter container. The found weight will be known as the
density of the product in kg/l.
Determining the flow-rate by the calculated density:
Place the K of the scale on the desired flow-rate of the scale. Verify the alignment of
the scale on the calculated density mark, finding the determined flow-rate by the density.
For example
: Given a density of 1.2 kg/l. The
flow-rate is 300 kg/ha. Thus we will
have a flow-rate adjustment of 250 l/ha (this is the flow-rate used for verification on the back-side of
the scale). See the details on figure 35:
