6.6.1.1 - Mounting and adjusting discs for limestone:
The discs should be installed on the transmission gear boxes using butterfly screws, being
careful to lign up the locking channels of the discs with the cotter- pins on the gear boxes, which are
0
90 apart in relation with each other.
ATTENTION!
Be careful to when mounting the cotter-pins on the transmission gear boxes
before mounting any type of discs, so that it
will work properly.
Maintain the transmission gears with grease,
so as to facilitate disc replacement.
IMPORTANT!
When substituting the
disc vanes, be very careful, for there is a left
side set and a right side set. These can be
easily inverted, for they will fit on either side,
yet, there is only one correct position.
