eSpinner “Touch Screen Issues”

Issue resolved.

Clean the surface of the

screen and look for debris

especially at the bottom of

the screen between the

glass and the display plastic.

Symptom

The touch screen does not

recognize a touch on the screen

or the touch points are out of

alignment.

Did cleaning the

screen help?

Yes

Recalibrate the touch screen

through the Settings menu

(document 620-7805, page 41).

Did this resolve

the issue?

Recalibrate the touch screen

through the fan reset procedure

(document 637-1004).

Yes

Replace the

display.
