Vapour exhaust from the cooking chamber
Exhaust gases may be wet and reach high temperatures. Therefore, do not use tubes made of materials not ensuring absolute
thermal stability up to 250ºC to channel exhaust gases.
A condenser enabling the condensation of vapours and exhaust of those vapours into a drainage may be adapted to treat co-
oking vapours.
Important:
Do not channel the vapour exhaust from the cooking chamber more than 50 centimeters due to risk of condensa-
tion.
This pipeline should be vertical and as straight as possible.

Gas connection
The connection to the gas supply network and the furnace connection installation must comply with the regulations in force
according to the country of installation of the equipment and must be trolleyried out by qualified and authorized personnel.
Failure to comply with these regulations may causedamage and injury, resulting in the immediate invalidation
of the guaranteeand exempting FM from anyresponsibility.
Before proceeding to the connection, check that the type of gas to be used, as well as the pressure of this, correspond to the
configuration of use of your oven, which is indicated on the characteristics label of the oven. If there is a high pressure in the gas
network, it will be necessary to install a pressure reducer upstream of the gas supply point of the furnace. Otherwise, the oven
components may suffer irreparable damage.
Unless expressly requested, the oven is pre-configured at the factory for use with LPG, butane (G30) or propane (G31) gas and at
a nominal pressure of 30mbar and 37mbar, respectively. Any change that is desired to be made in the furnace after the acquisition
of the same, such as, for example, the adaptation to the use of another type of gas, must be made by a qualified technician and
qualified for this purpose.
The connection to the gas network must be trolleyried out by means of aflexible tube, using ¾ ”connections at
the furnace connection point and inserting acutting key upstream of it.
