7.3.1 Opening and closing the Enclosure
Opening the enclosure
• Loosen the cover screws.
• Open the cover along with the rotary actuator.
Closing the enclosure
• Close the cover along with the rotary actuator.
• Tighten the cover screws to the specified tightening torque (4.5 Nm).

• Open the enclosure.
• Guide the conductors through the
cable entry and into the connection
chamber.
• Strip the conductors.
• Insert the conductors into
the corresponding terminals
and clamp them
(for tightening torque,
see chapter "Technical data").
Insert the stripped cable ends
completely under the terminal.
• Check if the conductors have
been clamped properly.
• Align the conductors. Make sure
that the clamping points are not
under tension.
• Tighten the cable entry/entries.
• Close the enclosure
(for the tightening torque,
see chapter "Technical data").

When open, the switch gear wheel may not be switched, since the
switching function is not guaranteed with an incorrect gear wheel position!
