Warning signals
A warning detected and displayed by the device does not restrict the hoist motions. The
warning is displayed by three LEDs (flashing) on the front. A warning may restrict the
travel motion.

Crane test activated. Test load for crane
test can now be lifted.
Crane test can be deactivated by rebooting device or
pressing button S5.
Error occurred while activating test rig
function or crane test.
Reverse alteration on hex and DIP switches and
restart activation.

ause and allow motor(s) to cool down (usually
the DC has been exceeded at the same time!)

use forced ventilation

if warning continues although motor is cold, then:

check connection terminals and PTC thermistor
circuit
•
replace PTC thermistors
Overload cut-off point. Setting has been
manipulated.
Lower overload cut-off point to minimum permissible
value.
Overload cut-off point above maximum
permissible cut-off point.
Lower overload cut-off point to minimum permissible
value.
Overload cut-off point lower than minimum
permissible cut-off point.
Lower overload cut-off point to minimum permissible
value.
