Depending on your device, the antenna may need to be touching the
device (Figure 6). Use the WiFi strength indicator within the app (or
use a separate WiFi signal strength app) to find the best position.
Once you find the ideal location, you can secure the antenna if
required with velcro or similar.
If you are connecting a Garmin Virb to a compatible sounder, you will
need to carry out the same task. The best location for many Garmin
plotters is on the right hand side of the unit.

12. At the completion of filming, exercise caution when removing the
camera from the Squid, so as not to pull the tray too far before
disconnecting the USB cable from the camera. This may place undue
strain on the camera and cable.
