MAINTENANCE Lubricate the Stride Mechanism
Follow steps (a) through (d) to lubricate the stride adjustment mechanism.
(a) First, remove the stride access cover: Press at location A, push upward
(1), then pull the cover off (2).
(b) Adjust the stride to the longest position. At this position, the zerk fitting is
exposed. See area B.
(c) Use a grease gun to apply red lithium ball bearing grease into the zerk
fitting. Then remove the grease gun.
(d) Put the access cover back into place as follows: Press inward (3) at area
A, then push downward (4) as shown.
