7. OPERATING THE COMPUTER
The provided training computer is easy to operate during training by using the computer’s
buttons, or the buttons of the pulse sensors. The individual training values will be shown
on the display.
Training time, speed, distance, number of calories burned (approx. amount) and heart
rate will be measured from the beginning of training.
• The training computer will turn on when pressing the MODE button or automatically
as soon as you begin training.
• The individual training values will be continuously measured, saved and shown on
the display.
• To stop the computer, just stop exercising. The computer will save the values that
were last displayed on the monitor so that, if you would like to, you can continue that
same training session from where you left off.
• After the training has been stopped for approx. 2 minutes, the training computer
switches itself off.
COMPUTER FUNCTION BUTTONS:
MODUS / RESET BUTTON
• By pressing lightly on the MODUS / RESET button, you can switch between the
following functions for pre-adjusting the training times: TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE,
PULSE.
• Hold the button down for 2 seconds to reset all the values to zero.
