The training computer displays a number of collected data during training. You can find
detailed instructions on using the computer in the following pages.
GETTING OFF
WARNING – RISK OF INJURY

Training for a prolonged period on the device may lead to a brief moment of impaired
coordination or balance. Always hold onto the device firmly with one hand and get off slowly.
•
Slow down your motions until the pedals and pivot arms have come to a full stop. One pedal
must be in the lowest position. Do not stop suddenly.
•
Hold onto the handle firmly with both hands.
•
First place the foot from the higher pedal on the floor. Now remove your foot from the lower
pedal and get off the cross trainer.
•
Do not step on the plastic cover!
