Suspension trainer length:
long
Starting position:
Assume a push up position in front of the
attachment point. Face away from the
attachment point. Place your feet in the
foot straps.
Sequence of movements:
Alternately stretch one leg to the back
while moving the other knee toward your chest.
Tip:
Keep your torso extended and tense up your abs. Boost the intensity by increasing
speed.
