Next, select the desired actions for the current dog: None/On-Point/Treed.
NOTE: Default value for Action is None.
Select None, On-Point, or Treed, then select
Next
to move to the Next screen.
BARK INDICATOR
Next, the Wizard will ask “Do you want to use the Bark Indicator with this dog?”
Select Yes or No, then select
Next
to move to the Next screen.
ADDITIONAL DOGS
Next, the Wizard will ask “Would you like to add another dog?”
If you select Yes, you’ll be taken back to Dog Name screen and will repeat the process.
If you select
No
, you’ll move on to the Next screen.
NOTE: The upper dog limit is set at 100 dogs.
Select
Yes
or
No
, then select Next to move on.
ASSIGN COLLAR COLOR
Next, you’ll choose a color for the current dog’s collar. This color will represent them on all screens.
Press
Enter
to bring up a selection of colors. Colors that have already been assigned will have an icon on them.
Available colors will have no icon.
Select your color choice, then select
Next
to move on.
NOTE: Assigning a new color to the initial collar requires the collar to be re-paired.
SHARED COLLAR
Next the Wizard will ask “Is this a shared collar to track another hunter’s dog?”
If you choose
No
, select
Next
to move to the Next screen.
If you choose
Yes
:
• Choose and
Enter
the Owner ID, and the Collar ID *
• The Owner ID is the code that another hunter has chosen for his/her device and has given to you in order to
share their tracking information.
• Press
Enter
or the right arrow key to bring up a keypad and use the arrow keys to
Enter
an ID. Then select the
checkbox to go on to the
Next
step.
• Select

to move to the Next screen.
* The Owner ID and Collar ID are found on the Trip Computer of the other Handheld. Be sure your GPS codes
match, see page 46.
The Owner ID is up to 4 digits, the Collar ID is up to 2 digits, and the GPS code is a single digit.
SET UPDATE RATE
This screen will let you choose how often the current collar sends updates to the Handheld.
Select your Update Rate, then select
Next
to move on.
NOTE: Upon changing the update rate, collars will need to be paired again.
