Place a suitable, non-slip base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden board or similar) under the device
should the set-up location require special protection against pressure points, soiling and
the like.
Training/storage position of the bike
Loosen the ball pin (10) and pull it out,
while simultaneously moving the front frame to the desired
position. Release the ball pin (10) and fix it in place.
Lock it in place.
There are 3 positions for training and 1 position for storage.

The fitness bike has 2 transport wheels on the front stand that
allow you to easily move the bike to the desired position.
Note: To compensate for minor unevenness of the floor, it is
possible to adjust the height of the feet by turning the outer
rings. Adjustable range from 1-6.
