The internal test message contains no usable data but is set to alternating 1’s
and 0’s.

H.1.3 Possible *.WAS data errors
When a *.WAS file is requested the software performs a number of simple
test to ensure the data is valid.
•
It checks each line in the file to ensure all data characters are valid
hexadecimal figures.
•
It checks that each data line has a minimum of 57 characters.
•
It checks that each data line does not exceed 100 characters.
Note: In SBAS standalone mode the user is warned when the correction
message is completely exhausted.
