15 Technical data
Except where limit values are specified, these technical data refer to the
usual heater tolerances of
±
10 % at an ambient temperature of +20 °C
and at the rated voltage.
NOTE:
The assignment of circulating pumps to heaters must be made using the
water-side resistors.
15.1. Fuel
Only the on the model plate of the heater specified fuel must be used.
Suitable are currently commercial available types of diesel fuel acc. to
DIN EN 590 (DK = Diesel Fuel).
Further, acc. to diesel fuel standard DIN EN 590 it is permitted to add
bio-diesel up to 5% of the total fuel amount.
In case of air temperatures below 0°C a commercial available winter die-
sel fuel should be used.
The usage of flow improvers respectively additives is permitted. There
are no negative influences due to additives known.
IMPORTANT
If fuel is extracted from the vehicle’s tank, follow the additive instructions
issued by the vehicle manufacturer.
