STEP 6: 

 Make sure that the clutch is aligned with the flywheel. Then align the holes in the engine mounting plate on the

  back frame assembly with the holes on the bottom of the engine. Then mount the engine/clutch assembly (2) with
  the four 5/16” x 1-1/2” bolts (3), the eight 5/16” flat washers (4) and the four 5/16” nylock nuts (5). Leave bolts
  somewhat loose at this point.

STEP 7: 

 Attach the two  belts to the  flywheel with the grooves. First put the belts on the clutch (shown below) and then on

  the flywheel turning it by hand until they are completely mounted.
