SCREEN 1 (Main Screen):

SETUP BUTTON
Touch SETUP to go to the Screen #2 (Setup Screen A) to change various scan settings.

SCAN: BUTTON
Touch SCAN to chose the type of scan (Reference or Target) that will be acquired the
next time the manual trigger button is pressed
o
CURRENT SETTINGS / STATUS AREAS – shows current instrument operating mode and
status:
BAT - Battery level – 0 to 100%
MEM - Most recent internal scan memory slot used – 000 (empty), 001 through 999.
GPS - The current GPS receiver mode/status:
OFF Turned off.
N/L Turned on, but no position information is available.
OK Turned on, position valid.
CAM - Current internal JPEG camera mode:
OFF Turned off.
N/S Turned on, but no sync with the camera.
LO Target JPEGs will be acquired in low-resolution.
HI Target JPEGs will be acquired in high-resolution.
EXT – The current External Data interface mode/status:
OFF Turned off.
N/C Turned on, but no Bluetooth connection established.
N/S Turned on, Bluetooth connected, but no valid data.
REF Valid data is being received, awaiting a reference scan; a
reference scan will establish the baseline for calculating
percent change in the currently selected external data
channel.
XX% Valid data is being received, and we’ve acquired Reference
data. This field is now displaying the percent change in
the currently selected external data channel when
compared to the reference, in the range -99% to +99%.
