Chapter 4 - Installation

Installing an HBA in the Master Node

BlackPearl NAS solution 2U Master Node

Press down on the two release latches and slide the cover toward the rear of the chassis to
remove it.

Set the cover aside.

3.

Locate the slot where you want to install an HBA in the chassis.

BlackPearl NAS solution 4U Master Node

Note:

The BlackPearl NAS solution 4U master nodes ship with a 10 GigE HBA installed
in slot 1.
