4.2 Druckspeicher
4.2 Pressure Accumulator
•
Der Druckspeicher DS800/64 soll die Pulsation der
HD-Pumpe dämpfen, um Vibrationen der Druckleitung
zu vermeiden. Die Gasvorspannung des
Druckspeichers soll 50-60% des maximalen
Betriebsdruckes betragen. Die korrekte Gasvor-
spannung muß regelmäßig (ca. alle 2 Monate)
kontrolliert werden

The DS800/64 pressure accumulator, damps the
pulsation of the high pressure pump thus avoid
vibrations in the discharge line. Gas in the pressure
accumulator should be pretensioned to 50-60% of the
max. pump pressure. The correctly pretensioned gas
must be checked regularly (approx. every 2 months).

Der Druckspeicher wird in die Druckleitung nach dem
UL181 auf ein T-Stück montiert (siehe
Betriebsanleitung Druckspeicher).

The pressure accumulator is fitted into the discharge
line after the UL181 onto a T-spice (see operating
instructions for pressure accumulator).

Der Anschluß des Motors ist unter Beachtung der
Angaben in der Betriebsanleitung und dem
Typenschild durchzuführen.
The motor is to be connected in accordance with
the information stated in the operating instructions
and shown on the name-plate.
5. Inbetriebnahme
5. Operation
•
Ölstand an der Pumpe kontrollieren und ggf.
entsprechend der Betriebsanleitung auffüllen.
•
Check pump oil level, and if necessary fill up as
described per operating instructions.
•
Alle Schieber und andere Absperrorgane öffnen.
•
Open all regulator valves and other shut-off agents.
•
Vor Inbetriebnahme die Ausrichtung Motor-Pumpe,
sowohl bei Direktkupplung als auch bei Keilriemen-
antrieb überprüfen und ggf. korrigieren. Durch
Transport, Setzen oder Recken der Bauteile könnte die
Fluchtung beeinträchtig sein.
•
Before putting into operation and regardless whether
the unit is directly coupled or belt-driven, check the
alignment of the pump and motor and correct if
necessary. Alignment might have been affected during
transport or over time.
•
Antriebsmotor kurz starten, um die Drehrichtung zu
kontrollieren. Beachten Sie die vorgeschriebene
Drehrichtung der Pumpe (Pfeile auf dem
Antriebsgehäuse). Die Pumpe darf zu diesem Zweck
nur kurz (ca. 30sec) trockenlaufen!
•
Start motor briefly to check the direction of rotation.
Pay careful attention to the direction of rotation that is
specified for the pump (arrows indicated on
crankcase). To serve this purpose, the pump should
only be dry run for a short period (approx. 30 sec.).
•

•
Pumpe starten. Die Pumpe sollte sofort entlüften und
die Wasserförderung einsetzen. Auf gleichmäßiges
Laufgeräusch achten. Sollte die Pumpe unregelmäßig
laufen bzw. der Druck stark pulsieren, so ist
möglicherweise einer der drei Plunger nicht entlüftet.
Pumpe dann mehrmals kurz an und ausschalten, um
das Entlüften zu erleichtern. Entlüftungshahn in der
Druckleitung öffnen, um das Entlüften zu erleichtern.
•
Start pump. As there is a certain static pressure
present in the suction line, the pump should be vented
of air immediately and begin conveying water. Listen
carefully for an even running sound. If the pump begins
to run irregularly or pulsate strongly, it can be that one
of the three plungers is not vented. In this case, the
pump should be started and stopped at quick intervals
to ease venting. Venting is also made easier if the vent
tap in the discharge line is opened.

•
Die Überdrucksicherung muß vor Ort auf den
Betriebsdruck der Anlage eingestellt werden.
•
The safety valve must be adjusted at the place of
installation and in accordance with the operating
pressure of the unit.
•
Hierzu die beiden Muttern (1) vollständig lösen, so daß
die Druckfeder entspannt ist.
•
For this, both nuts (1) must be fully loosened so that
the pressure spring is not under any tension.
Beim Starten der Pumpe strömt an der
Überdrucksicherung das Wasser aus der Öffnung 'Bypass'.
When the pump is started, water flows out
of the bypass opening at the safety valve.
•
Mit der Mutter (1) die Druckfeder so weit vorspannen,
bis der gewünschte Betriebsdruck erreicht ist.
•
Tension the pressure spring using nut (1) until the
desired operating pressure is reached.
•
Der max. zulässige Pumpendruck darf nicht
überschritten werden.
•
The max. admissible pump pressure is not to be
exceeded.
•
Der Gegendruck der Anlage bzw. der verwendeten
Düsen sollte auf die Fördermenge der Pumpe
abgestimmt sein, so daß im Normalbetrieb durch den
'Bypass' kein Wasser abströmt.
•
The nozzles employed or the counter pressure of the
unit should correspond to the flow of the pump so that
no water passes through the bypass during normal
operation.
•
Die Einstellung der Überdrucksicherung wird mit der
zweiten Mutter (1) gekontert. Die Druckfeder (3) hierbei
nicht mehr weiter vorspannen, da sonst der
Abblasedruck zu hoch über dem Betriebsdruck liegt.

The adjustment of the safety valve is secured by the
locking of the second nut (1). Pay attention not to
tension the pressure spring (3) any further otherwise
the bypass pressure will be too high in ratio to the
operating pressure.
