Anschließend den im Ventilgehäuse verbliebenen Ventilsitz (27) (Bild 21)
mittels eines Innenausziehers Gr. 4 (20-30mm) herausziehen (Bild 22).
Then pull out the exposed valve seat (27) (photo 21) using a size 4 (20-
30 mm) extractor tool (photo 22).

Die Einzelteile des Saugventils überprüfen (Bild 21 und 23) und ggf. er-
setzen. O-Ringe (31) überprüfen und ggf. ersetzen.
Beim Zusammenbau die Ventilplatte (28) auf den Ventilsitz (27) legen
und die Ventilfeder (29) über den Zentrierhals der Ventilplatte stecken
(Bild 23).
Nun die Federspannschale (30) darüber legen und mit dem Daumen
herunterdrücken bis die Spannschale hörbar am Sitz einrastet (Bild 24).
Examine individual suction valve parts (photo 21 & 23) and replace if
necessary. Check O-rings (31) and replace if necessary.
When refitting, place the valve plate (28) on the valve seat (27); put the
valve spring (29) onto the centring neck of the valve plate (photo 23).
Then place the spring tension cap (30) on top and press it down with
the thumb until it clicks into the valve seat (photo 24).

Anschließend das Saugventil kpl. mit dem Daumen in die Aufnahme des
Ventilgehäuses (26) drücken bis es hörbar eingeschnappt ist (Bild 25).
Nun den Ventilhalter (22) auf den Absatz der Federspannschale des
Saugventils stecken (Bild 26).
Place the suction valve onto its recess in the valve casing (26), and
press it down with the thumb until it clicks into position (photo 25).
Place the valve holder (22) onto the spring tension cap of the suction
valve (photo 26).
Beim Einlegen der Ventilhalter (22) den oberhalb
liegenden etwas größeren Durchmesser nicht zerkratzen (Dichtfläche!).
When fitting the valve holders (22), make sure not to
scratch the outer bore diameter as this is a sealing surface.
Nun die Dichtungskassetten (21) mit den O-Ringen (21A) in die
Aufnahmen des Ventilgehäuses stecken (Bild 27).
Place the seal cases (21) fitted with the O-rings (21A) into the valve
casing (photo 27).
Beim Einbau der Dichtungskassetten (21) unbedingt
darauf achten, dass die Kassetten mit dem längeren, abgesetzten Hals
voran in das Ventilgehäuse (26) montiert werden (Bild 27).
When refitting the seal cases (21), the long neck side
must be put into the valve casing (26) first (photo 27).
